De Facto

The De Facto company is the production structure for the joint work of Antoine Laubin (direction) and Thomas Depryck (dramaturgy). Founded in 2004, the company made a name for itself in 2009 with its show Les Langues Paternelles. This was followed by Dehors, L.E.A.R., Le Réserviste, Démons me turlupinant, Szénarios, Heimaten, Il ne dansera qu'avec elle and Crâne. Combining stage writing and text work (theatrical or not, literary or not), De Facto develops a narrative theatre that is both playful and dark, addressing without blinkers the links of the contemporary individual to collective systems.
