À propos

Present a work in progress or Pitch your new project during the international visitors program Plat(e)form(e) taking place during KunstenFestivaldesArts.

An initiative of Wallonie-Bruxelles Théâtre Danse, Kunstenpunt, the Brigittines and Kunstenfestivaldesarts.

Are you in the process of a new project for the season 2025-2026 or are you at the beginning of a new creation and still looking for co-producers and/or (inter)national presentation partners? This year you have the possibility to apply to our annual visitors program Plat(e)form(e) for two formats: A work in progress presentation or  a pitch and connect with international professionals during three days.

What is Plat(e)form(e)?

During the Kunstenfestivaldesarts, Kunstenpunt, Wallonie-Bruxelles Théâtre Danse and the festival collaborate on the bi-community program Plat(e)Form(e) aimed at international professionals. The goal is to support local artists and companies in their search for (inter)national partnerships and networking opportunities and create a window for their works and practices. During May 21 - 23, 2025Plat(e)form(e) facilitates a temporary space for encounter and exchange between international guests and the Belgian performing arts field.

2 calls

This year we want to open the application to 2 different formats(*):

This call is aimed at all the production platforms and management offices based in Flanders, Brussels or Wallonia who are supporting artists & companies and their projects on an (inter)national level. Each office, organisation or plateforme can propose two of their artists with each one project that is aimed to premiere in 2025. There will be a selection of 8 (4 FWB / 4 VL) artists in total, who can present an excerpt of their work in a 30 min showcase with basic technical support. Each artist/company without a contract or structural subsidies will receive a €250 fee for their presentation.

Pitch of a new creation/concept

This call is aimed for artists and companies based in Flanders, Brussels or Wallonia who are developing their work on a national and international level. 10 artists and/or companies will have the opportunity to present their project in the format of a 15 min pitch. This call is open to projects at the beginning of creation to projects that are already in their final phase of production. Each artist/company without a contract or structural subsidies will receive a €150 fee for their pitch.
